Beneficiary Designations
One of the easiest ways to create your legacy is by naming MHP as a beneficiary of:
- Retirement accounts
- Life insurance policies
- Bank or brokerage accounts
- Donor advised funds
You don’t need a will. Just complete a beneficiary designation form and name Montgomery Housing Partnership, Inc. as a partial, contingent, or sole beneficiary. It’s simple. And it costs you nothing now.
Remember MHP in Your Will or Trust
You may also leave a specific amount, percentage, or residual portion of your estate to MHP.
