Strengthening Neighborhoods
MHP preserves and expands access to quality affordable housing in Montgomery County and the surrounding region. MHP has developed and owns more than 2,275 apartments, condos, and townhomes.
MHP offers educational programs for residents to develop skills, expand their opportunities, and balance their lives. This includes preschool, afterschool and summer enrichment programs serving more than 450 children.
MHP is working with residents to implement neighborhood revitalization programs in communities affected by foreclosures, economic challenges, and mass transit construction.
MHP provides more than 2,275 quality affordable homes in Montgomery County and neighboring communities. Since 1989, Montgomery Housing Partnership’s mission is to preserve and expand quality affordable housing in Montgomery County.
