Summary Overview:
MHP owns 100 homes, mostly 3 bedroom townhouses, in over 30 subdivisions in the developing suburbs from White Oak to Potomac. Most of these units are reserved for larger families of four to six members. Residents are expected to maintain the grounds and cut the grass. In almost all cases a car is required since few units are near public transportation.
Home Features
- Resident controls and pays all utilities, including water
- Full-sized washer/dryers
- Some homes have special features such as drive-in garages, family rooms but most features are not standardized.
No floor plans are available since units vary widely in layout.
Community Features
- Community features vary widely by subdivision. Some have community pools and buildings; some offer no amenities at all.

- Again, schools will vary with the geographic locations.
