Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP) is a private, nonprofit developer of affordable housing. MHP is based in Silver Spring, MD and is the largest nonprofit housing developer in Montgomery County. In it’s more than 20 years of existence, MHP has developed more than 1,300 units of affordable apartments, condos and townhomes. It also works with residents to enhance the vitality of the neighborhoods in which affordable housing is located, and implements Community Life Programs for its residents.
